The nephrology and dialysis unit at Hitech multispeciality hospital has the latest dialysis machines programs for acute and chronic renal failure. these advanced dialysis machines are specially designed to provide dialysis in critically ill patients in ICU as a part of critical care nephrology.
We see patients with a wide range of conditions, including diabetes and hypertension; inherited disorders such as polycystic kidney disease; glomerular diseases for kidney biopsy and end-stage renal disease. We also help patients follow-up management of a kidney transplant.
Performance of vascular access in the form of insertion of double lumen catheters, creation of A.V. Fistula, insertion of tunnelled cuffed catheter, peritoneal dialysis and renal biopsy is being practiced here with one to one nursing care.
